High-performance, single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 300MHz gain bandwidth product and 370MHz -3dB bandwidth. This differential amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 4mV and a high slew rate of 2800V/µs. Designed for surface mounting in a VSSOP package, it operates from a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 7.5V or a single supply of 4.5V to 15V. With a typical supply current of 23mA and an output current of 120mA per channel, it provides excellent common mode rejection of 74dB.
