Wideband, low-distortion fully differential amplifier featuring a 260MHz -3dB bandwidth and 200MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 130mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.25V and 7.5V, it provides a 74dB common mode rejection ratio and 72dB power supply rejection ratio. The amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC package, suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
