Wideband, low-distortion fully differential amplifier featuring a 260MHz -3dB bandwidth and 200MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 130mA output current per channel. Operating from a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 7.5V, it provides excellent common mode rejection (74dB) and power supply rejection (72dB). Housed in an 8-pin HTSSOP EP package, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
