
Low-power JFET-input operational amplifier with a 1MHz gain bandwidth product. Features a 3.5V to 18V dual supply voltage range, 200µA operating supply current, and a 3.5V/µs slew rate. This single-channel amplifier offers a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 15mV input offset voltage. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) and supplied on tape and reel, it operates from -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
