
Dual low-power JFET-input operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz bandwidth and 3.5V/µs slew rate. This amplifier offers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and a 1MHz gain bandwidth product. With a low input bias current of 200pA and an input offset voltage of 3mV, it operates from a 3.5V to 18V dual supply. The 8-SOIC package contains two independent amplifier circuits, suitable for applications within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range.
