
Dual-channel JFET operational amplifier featuring a 3MHz bandwidth and 18V/µs slew rate. This BIFET technology device offers a 3MHz gain bandwidth product, 100.42dB voltage gain, and 80dB common mode rejection ratio. Designed for operation with dual supply voltages from 5V to 15V, it provides 200pA input bias current and 100µV input offset voltage. The amplifier operates within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range and is packaged in an 8-PDIP configuration.
