Precision voltage detector and supply-voltage supervisor in a TO-92 package. Features a single monitored voltage with a reset threshold between 4.43V and 4.67V, and an active-low reset output. Operates from a 1V to 7V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 2mA. Offers a 30mA output current capability and a 5µs reset timeout. This lead-free component is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
