
Single-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 12MHz gain bandwidth product and 5V/µs slew rate. This device offers rail-to-rail output capabilities and a very-low-noise design. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V, it provides 80dB voltage gain and 80mA output current per channel. With a typical operating supply current of 2mA, it is packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case and is RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
