
Quad, micropower voltage comparator featuring push-pull, TTL-compatible outputs. This LinCMOS™ device offers a low 5pA input bias current and 5mV input offset voltage. Operating from 3V to 16V, it consumes a maximum of 80µA supply current. With a 4.5µs propagation delay and 4mA output current per channel, it is suitable for surface mount applications in a 14-SOIC package. The component operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant.
