Dual general purpose differential comparator featuring LinCMOS™ technology. This integrated circuit offers two independent comparator elements within a surface mount TSSOP package. Key specifications include a low input bias current of 5pA, an input offset voltage of 5mV, and a fast response time of 650ns. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports dual supply voltages from 1.5V to 8V or single supply from 3V to 16V, with a maximum supply current of 150uA.
