
8-bit parallel in/out Darlington source driver with latch and enhanced hold time. Features 200mA high and low level output current, 400mA total output current, and 1MHz operating frequency. Operates with supply voltages from 4.5V to 13.2V and input voltages from 4.5V to 13.2V. This non-inverting, D-type latch driver is housed in a 20-PDIP package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
