Operates with input voltages between 3V and 5.5V, and a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. Offers a maximum operating frequency of 30MHz and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 32-VQFN EP for tape and reel distribution.
