Operates with a single supply voltage range of 14.5V to 15.5V, consuming a maximum of 20mW power. The parallel interface and 0.1µs settling time enable efficient data conversion. Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -25°C and 85°C.
