Operates from a 2V to 6V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 16µA supply current. Offers programmable delay time with a reset timeout of 1.1ms. Packaged in an 8-PDIP, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component operates from -40°C to 125°C with a maximum power dissipation of 1W. Output is push-pull with active high/active low reset.
