Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V to a maximum of 4V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 8V, it consumes 800µA operating supply current. The device boasts a 0.55V/µs slew rate and 50mA output current per channel, packaged in a 14-TSSOP for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
