Features a reset threshold voltage of 2.93V (2.87V to 2.99V range) and a reset timeout of 120ms. Operates from a 1.1V to 6V supply voltage with a low supply current of 30µA (typical 20µA, quiescent 9µA). Suitable for industrial applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. RoHS compliant.
