The TMP431B is a 12-bit digital temperature sensor with an I2C/SMBus interface. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with an accuracy of ±1.25°C/±3°C. The device has a typical operating supply voltage of 3.3V or 5V and a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7V.
