C2000™ C28x Piccolo™ microcontroller featuring an 8-bit data bus and operating at up to 90MHz. This HTQFP packaged MCU offers 128KB of FLASH memory and 50KB of RAM, supporting I2C, SPI, UART, USART, SCI, and CAN interfaces. With 40 GPIO pins, 3 timers/counters, and integrated peripherals including PWM and DMA, it operates from 2.97V to 3.63V. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this RoHS compliant component is supplied in trays.
