Features low 1.5pF capacitance, 5.5A peak pulse current, and 100W peak pulse power. Operating voltage is 5.5V with a minimum breakdown voltage of 11V and a clamping voltage of 105.5V. This unidirectional device is housed in a compact 6-SC70 package (1.25mm depth, 1mm height, 2mm length, 1.4mm width) and operates from -40°C to 85°C. It is RoHS compliant with lead-free termination.
