Designed for unidirectional signal paths with a 5.5V reverse standoff voltage and working voltage. Packaged in a 10-USON (2.5mm x 1.1mm x 0.5mm) SMD/SMT termination, operating from -40°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
