Features a low capacitance of 0.8pF and a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, suitable for LVDS, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, PCIe, and SATA interfaces. Offers a peak pulse current of 2.5A and a peak pulse power of 25W, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 9V. Packaged in a compact 10-pin USON (SON) surface-mount package, measuring 2.6mm x 1.1mm x 0.45mm. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
