Synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 4.2V, capable of delivering up to 3A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 2.9V to 6V and operates efficiently with a quiescent current of 320uA. This integrated circuit is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 1mm QFN package, suitable for demanding applications. Designed with Eco-Mode™ and SmoothPWM™ technologies for enhanced performance and efficiency. RoHS compliant and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
