This integrated circuit features an adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 5.5V, a single positive output configuration, and a 25V operating supply voltage. Packaged in a 28-VQFN-CLIP (3.5mm x 4.5mm x 1mm) for surface mounting, it operates from -40°C to 85°C. Includes D-CAP3™ and Eco-Mode™ technology.
