Synchronous step-down DC-DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 0.9V to 18V and a maximum output current of 1A. Features a wide input voltage range of 3.6V to 48V, suitable for automotive applications. This non-isolated, single-output switching regulator is housed in a 20-pin, lead-frame SMT HTSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads, designed for surface mounting. Operating temperature range spans from -40°C to 125°C.
