
Synchronous step-down converter with 4.5V to 18V input voltage range and 2A maximum output current. Features adjustable output voltage from 760mV to 7V, a single output, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This power management IC includes Eco-mode™ technology and a synchronous rectifier, housed in a lead-free 8-SOIC package measuring 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm. RoHS compliant with 800uA quiescent current.
