Dual-output, adjustable voltage DC-DC step-down converter with 0.8V to 14V output range and 2.5A/1.5A maximum output current. Input voltage operates from 4.5V to 18V, featuring 90% typical efficiency. This switching regulator is housed in a 16-pin, surface-mount HTSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads and an exposed pad for heat sinking. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 145°C.
