Dual 2A synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 760mV to 7V. Features a 4.5V to 18V input voltage range and a 1ms fixed soft-start. This surface mount IC is housed in a 16-HTSSOP package, measuring 4.5mm width, 5.1mm length, and 1.05mm height. Operating across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, it offers 2A output current per channel and a quiescent current of 1.3mA. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
