Dual channel synchronous step-down converter with 4.5 V to 18 V input, offering adjustable output voltages from 760 mV to 7 V. Features two outputs with 2 A and 3 A maximum current capabilities, respectively, and an adjustable soft-start function. Operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is housed in a compact 16-HTSSOP surface-mount package. This RoHS compliant component includes D-CAP2™ and Eco-Mode™ series technologies.
