Synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 765mV to 5.5V, capable of delivering up to 6.5A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and operates with a maximum supply voltage of 18V. This power management IC includes Eco-mode™ for improved efficiency and a quiescent current of 950µA. Packaged in a 14-HTSSOP surface mount configuration, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
