High-efficiency 3-cell to regulated 5V charge pump regulator delivering 300mA output current. Features a low battery comparator and operates from a 2.7V to 5.4V input voltage range. This positive, fixed 5V output DC/DC controller is housed in a 20-pin HTSSOP package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Boasting a low quiescent current of 60µA, it is provided on tape and reel.
