3-channel, current-regulated charge pump driver for white LED backlighting. Features a 1MHz switching frequency and a maximum output current of 75mA, with 25mA per channel. Operates with input voltages from 2.7V to 6.5V and provides an output voltage up to 5.5V. Supports PWM dimming and is housed in a lead-free QFN package suitable for surface-mount termination. Designed for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
