Features a wide input voltage range of 800mV to 3.3V and a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V. Operates at a 780kHz switching frequency with up to 95% efficiency and a low 50µA quiescent current. Packaged in a 10-VSSOP, this lead-free component is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
