Synchronous step-up DC-DC controller with a 0.9V to 6.5V input range, providing a fixed 3.3V output at up to 1.2A. Features 96% efficiency, 0.6% line and load regulation, and operates from -40°C to 125°C. This non-isolated, surface-mount integrated circuit is housed in a 10-pin VSON EP package (3.15mm x 3.15mm x 0.95mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch.
