Features PFM/PWM operation, 1.2MHz switching frequency, and a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V. This positive output, adjustable voltage regulator is housed in a compact SON package, measuring 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with a low quiescent current of 70uA.
