High-current, synchronous step-down three buck switcher with integrated FETs. Features three outputs with up to 3A and 2A current capability, adjustable or fixed output voltages from 800mV to 18V, and a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. Surface mountable in a VQFN package, this power management IC operates from -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant.
