Dual, 200mA output, low noise LDO linear voltage regulator with high PSRR. Features a fixed 2.85V output voltage with 2.5% accuracy. Operates from a 2.7V to 6.5V input voltage range and offers a maximum output current of 200mA per channel. Quiescent current is 90uA with a maximum supply current of 250uA. Packaged in a 6-SON, tape and reel configuration.
