Operates from -40°C to 125°C with a minimum input voltage of 2V. This positive output regulator offers a 250mA maximum output current and a 300mA minimum current limit. Housed in a compact 1.2mm x 1mm x 625µm DSBGA package, it is RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
