Ultra-low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator offering 250mA output current with 1% accuracy. Features a low dropout voltage of 40mV and reverse current protection. Operates from a 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage range, providing an adjustable output voltage up to 5.5V. This positive polarity, single-output regulator is housed in a VSON package, suitable for surface-mount termination and available on tape and reel. With a quiescent current of 400uA, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
