Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input, providing an adjustable output voltage up to 5.5V. This positive voltage regulator offers a 200µA quiescent current and 43dB PSRR, packaged in a 6-SOT-23 for tape and reel distribution. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C with a 561mW power dissipation.
