Features a low dropout voltage of 205mV (typical) and excellent line and load regulation at 0.005% and 0.05% respectively. Operates from a 3.8V to 6V input voltage range with an absolute maximum of 6.5V. This single-output device offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
