5-terminal, SOT-23 nanopower LDO voltage regulator providing a fixed 1.8V output with a maximum output current of 200mA. Features a low quiescent current of 200nA, a maximum dropout voltage of 450mV, and excellent line and load regulation of 0.005% and 0.05% respectively. Operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V. The 1.5% voltage tolerance ensures precise output regulation.
