Operates with an input voltage up to -3V and provides an adjustable output voltage range from 1.18V to 33V. Dropout voltage is a nominal 216 mV at 200 mA, with a maximum of 600 mV. Housed in an 8-terminal, 3mm x 3mm SON package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Includes an enable function for power management.
