Offers 2% accuracy, 900mV minimum output voltage, and 5V maximum output voltage. Operates from -40°C to 125°C with 4mA quiescent current. Surface mountable in a 3.15mm x 3.15mm x 0.95mm QFN package. Includes power good and enable functions.
