This integrated circuit offers high accuracy of 1% and a low-noise design with a Power Good output. Operating from a minimum input voltage of 1.1V up to 6.5V, it provides an output voltage range from 800mV to 5V. The surface-mount VQFN package is suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
