Operates from a 2.8V to 7.5V input voltage range. Housed in a TO-263-6 package, this positive voltage regulator offers a quiescent current of 18mA and an input bias current of 6µA. Suitable for applications requiring stable power delivery within a -40°C to 100°C operating temperature range.
