High-performance operational amplifier featuring a 200kHz bandwidth and 200kHz gain bandwidth product. This rail-to-rail, very low-power IC offers a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and a 1.5mV input offset voltage. Designed for operation between 2.2V and 8V dual supply or 4.4V to 16V single supply, it boasts a 0.12V/µs slew rate and 250µA supply current. The 4-channel amplifier is housed in a 14-SOIC package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
