16-channel, 24-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 125ksps sampling rate. Features a serial SPI digital interface and supports both internal and external voltage references. This general-purpose converter accepts unipolar or bipolar input voltages, with single-ended or differential input signal types across 16 or 8 input channels. Housed in a 48-pin, 7.2mm x 7.2mm Heat Sinked Thin Quad Flat Package (HTQFP EP) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, operating from -40°C to 105°C.
