Single-supply, rail-to-rail operational amplifier featuring a 50MHz gain bandwidth product and 25V/µs slew rate. This CMOS amplifier offers low input bias current of 10pA and a 450µV input offset voltage. Designed for operation from 2.2V to 5.5V single supply, it provides a high voltage gain of 120dB and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 100dB. The device is packaged in a 5-SOT-23, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
