Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.2A per output. Features include low dropout voltages of 95mV and 150mV at 100mA respectively, ±1% accuracy, and excellent line and load regulation. This surface-mount component is housed in an ultra-small 6-pin USP-C EP package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Integrated current limit and short circuit protection enhance reliability, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
