Features include ±1% accuracy, low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA and 0.15V @ 100mA), and 0.2%/V line regulation. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from 1.5V to 6V input voltage and includes current limit and short circuit protection.
